Introducing the Repair Request Builder from Palace Home Inspections
At Palace Home Inspections, we highly value our partnership with real estate agents and strive to streamline the process for our mutual clients. Our Repair Request Builder enables you to efficiently choose recommendations for a custom report to send to the listing agent. You’ll receive both HTML and PDF documents with our language, along with the flexibility to input requested credit amounts and custom comments.

Here's How it Works
Click
From our HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.
Select
Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.
Preview
Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
